2 Spring Onions
4tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
Small shavings of Greenfields Smoked Cheddar
Toast 24 blinis. Combine together 1 small finely sliced diced red onion, 2 finely chopped spring onions with 4tbps reduced fat mayonnaise. Spoon the mixture on to each blini and top each with a shaving of Greenfields Smoked Cheddar.
